Delivery/Shipping
Policies*
Items that specify "Price Includes Shipping" applies to orders
in the continental USA and will be shipped standard ground. Orders to
Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will have additional shipping charges. Please
call or email us for additional shipping estimates for Express Delivery
or International shipping.

Status and Tracking
Please wait until 48 hours after you have placed
your order to check the status.
Cancellation
Policy
We will attempt to cancel any unshipped order, provided
you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors without

Warranties
A copy of the written warranty is included with each "Manufacturers
Warranted" item.
Guarantees/Returns
Instock Merchandise:
When you receive
your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied,
simply return it within 7 days. We'll gladly refund
your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling
charges.
Special Order Merchandise:
If you wish to cancel your order prior to being shipped,
your deposit will not be refunded. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase of special
order merchandise once you receive it, you may return
it within 7 days we will give you an in-store credit
for the price of the merchandise, excluding shipping
and handling charges.
All returned merchandise shipping costs
are to be paid by the customer. |
